Welcome to the Mark Ficken Ford Lincoln Collision Center, the only place to go if your vehicle has sustained structural damage whether it's a small dent or something more serious. Our conveniently located facility provides expert collision repair, glass replacement, body detailing, painting and paintless dent repair.

We are proud to be Charlotte's choice for Lincoln and Ford collision repair but we're also equipped to work on Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen and Nissan.

While we specialize in Lincoln and Ford repair, we are fully qualified to work on other makes and models. Our team of expert technicians all hold factory certifications and have undergone ASE training. This makes them ideally suited to restore your vehicle to a near pristine pre-accident condition regardless of make or model.

While we work on your vehicle we'll be happy to provide you with one of ours, courtesy of our on-site vehicle rental counter. Plus our in-house claims department will work with your insurance company so you don't have to go through any additional aggravation. Why do we go to such extraordinary lengths for our customers?
